A good report saves a round of emails. Include:
- What you were trying to do. For example, "loop the second chorus on Stage".
- What happened instead. An error message, silence, the wrong line highlighted.
- Where. Android or the web app, the device or browser, and roughly which screen.
- The song type, if it's about playback: stereo track or stem song, and the file format.

The usual suspects.
A stem song won't play in the browser.
That browser probably can't mix stems, and the song has no stereo mix attached. Attach a Web Playback file (slot 9) in Song Details, or open the song on Android, Chrome 94 or later, or Safari 26. Check your browser.
A song says CLOUD and won't start without a connection.
The audio isn't on this device yet. Before the gig, use Keep local on the song, or on the whole playlist, while you have a connection. A LOCAL badge means it will play with no connection at all.
Downloads have stopped.
The workspace has probably used its download allowance: 25 GB per calendar month on a paid plan, or the one-time 200 MB on a free plan. Songs already on the device keep playing. Paid allowances reset at the start of the next UTC calendar month.
The band can't connect to Follow.
Followers have to be on the same network as the host device. Venue and guest Wi-Fi often blocks devices from seeing each other, so a phone hotspot is usually the dependable option. Follow is hosted from the Android app.
I can't add a seventh song.
A free workspace holds six songs; archived songs don't count. Archive one you aren't playing, or subscribe in the Android app to remove the cap. See Pricing.
